  • Cloud Analytics

    A service model in which elements of the data analytics process are provided through a public or private cloud. Cloud analytics applications and services are typically offered under a subscription-based or utility (pay-per-use) pricing model.

    A Web-based service that provides storage space on a remote server. It is accessed over the Internet with client-side software, and is useful for backing up files. It makes possible for small businesses or individuals to store and sync documents.

  • Cloud drive storage

    The mounting of storage capacity provided by a cloud storage service so that it appears to the server as a normal drive letter. The server can then treat the cloud storage as if it were a drive on direct-attached storage or a shared storage filer.
