A touchscreen-based smartphone developed by Apple. It is the sixth generation of the iPhone and succeeds the iPhone 4S. The phone is a slimmer, lighter model, with higher-resolution, 4-inch screen and 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio support.

The iPhone 5s is a touchscreen-based smartphone developed by Apple Inc. It is a revised version of its predecessor, the iPhone 5, but also incorporates a 64-bit Apple A7 processor and a built-in fingerprint sensor called Touch ID on its updated home button.It runs on iOS operating system(ios) 7 which is based on the concept of direct manipulation, using multi-touch gestures. Interface control elements consist of sliders, switches, and buttons. Interaction with the OS includes gestures such as swipe, tap, pinch, and reverse pinch, all of which have specific definitions in the context of the iOS operating system and its multi-touch interface.

An affordable version of an iPhone that Apple is working on. It resembles the current iPhone and is made of less expensive materials such as polycarbonate plastic.  It could be released as early as mid 2013.

WatchKit is an API that extends iOS applications to run on Apple watch. It contains the classes for creating Apple Watch applications and it ensures that an Apple Watch application can talk to its corresponding WatchKit extension. WatchKit apps have two parts, a WatchKit extension that runs on iPhone and a set of user interface resources that are installed on Apple Watch. When your app is launched on Apple Watch, the WatchKit extension on iPhone runs in the background to update the user interface and respond to user interactions.
